What is Blitzbody Bootamps all about?
All of our sessions are just 30 mins, the main objective being to maximise results in the shortest time. This also provides flexibility, with no booking system and some of our venues providing up to 7 bootcamp timeslots per day, it's easier to get your workouts into your diary. The workouts will help you lose weight, move better, feel fitter and get stronger with day to day tasks.
We've found that keeping our nutritional approach simple, adherence dramatically improves. Nutrition doesn't have to complex, with the release of many diet plans with contrasting views, it's become very confusing. We give you an easy to follow weight loss guide, with meals plans with plenty of freedom to choose from, so you know what to do, and won't be bored doing it!
Coaching is a very underrated topic, most of the time we know we need to eat more or move more, yet we don't. Being held accountable to attend and having access to to team of trainers to help support your journey greater enhances your chances of success. On the other hand, the support network from all the other women going through the exact same struggles, barriers and 'problems' as you face, can really give you the drive to believe you can do it too!
