    We structure our sessions so you can work as hard as you can without anyone being left behind. You’ll see massive improvements even in one week. We can make exercises harder/ easier to suit your ability.

  • q-iconWhat do I need to bring?

    Just a bottle of water, a small sweat towel and dress appropriately for exercise. If required to have medication i.e. inhailer, please bring this with you else you will not be able to train.

  • q-iconWhat happens after the trial month?

    There is no obligation to continue as this is a stand alone programme.

  • q-iconWill I really notice a difference?

    Absolutely. Working hard in the sessions and adhering to the nutritional advice will notice a drop in weight, inches and improvements in energy from the first two weeks, let alone a whole month!

  • q-iconWhat else do I need to know?

    All sessions are just 30 mins, if you feel up to it, you can stay and do another session starting 5 mins later (in the evenings)
